WARRANTY & LIABILITY GEOMET does not warrant that CoreCool™ Personal Ice Cooling System meets any particular safety code requirements, nor any other specific requirements of any country, state, municipality or other jurisdiction. GEOMET warrants for a period of 90 days after delivery of a CoreCool™ product that the garment (hood and shirt) is free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the instructions contained in the Instruction Manual. GEOMET also warrants for a period of 1 year after delivery of a CoreCool™  product that the pump unit and other components (except the garment) are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the instructions contained in the Instruction Manual. No other expressed warranties or implied warranties of fitness for particular purpose or of merchantability, or otherwise, are made.  The purchaser and all users shall promptly notify GEOMET of any claim, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. The sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and all end users and the limit of liability of GEOMET for any and all losses, injuries or damages shall be the refund of the purchase price or replacement or repair of any product found to be defective within the prescribed warranty period after the product is delivered.  In no event shall GEOMET be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, whether in contract or tort, arising out of any warranties, representations, instructions or defects from any cause in connection with the CoreCool™ products, or the sale thereof. Purchasers and all users are responsible for inspection and proper care of this product as described in the Instruction Manual, which is provided with purchase.  All loss or damage from use or handling which results from conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer. The purchaser and the users are deemed to have accepted the terms of this limitation of warranty and liability and these terms may not be varied by any verbal or written agreement. CoreCool™ is a GEOMET trademark.
