PERSONAL CONTAMINATION HAZARD.  Ensure pump unit, ice bag assembly, ice bottle and external coolant tether assembly are free of contamination before performing any maintenance or inspections.  Handling equipment that has been contaminated may cause serious illness or result in death. SPLASH HAZARD.  Personnel working with bleach and water solution shall wear protective goggles and other protective clothing (gloves and apron) to prevent skin and eye contact.  If bleach comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with clean water and contact a physician. SANITARY HAZARD.  Ensure liquid cooling shirt has been cleaned prior to use.  Failure to clean liquid cooling shirt is unsanitary and could be a health hazard. CONTAMINATION HAZARD.  Failure to properly torque housing cover captive screws may increase risk of contamination or permit decontamination solutions to enter the pump unit and damage the unit.
