DESCRIPTION OF CORECOOL™ INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM FOR NON-NBC ENVIRONMENTS Overview: The CoreCool™ Personal Ice Cooling System circulates chilled water through a tube-lined garment to remove metabolic heat from the user's body. This system is designed to provide body cooling and manage heat stress for workers in an industrial environment. This system will not prevent the user from perspiring and may not be suitable for some applications. CoreCool™ Ensembles for Non-NBC Environment The system includes: Pump Unit, (1 each) - Ballistic nylon housing, diaphragm pump, battery holder for 3 D-cells, on/off slide switch with attached Delrin™ acetal couplings. Ice Bottle, (2 each) - HDPE, 2 liter rectangular bottle with cap. Coupling Cap, (1 each) - HDPE screw closure with chrome-plated brass couplings. Ice Bag Assembly, (1 each)- Ballistic nylon insulated bag with beltloops and "D" rings. Liquid Cooling Shirt, (1 each) - Cotton/polyester shirt with PVC tubing, Delrin™ acetal couplings, available in sizes Small, Medium, Large, Extra large and Extra extra large. External Coolant Tether Assembly, (1 each) - Tubing with chrome-plated brass couplings and monofilament sleeve. Pump Coolant Tether Assembly, (1 each) - Tubing with chrome-plated brass couplings and monofilament sleeve. Shoulder harness, (1 each) - Padded shoulder harness with snap hook fasteners and web belt to support pump unit and ice bag assembly. Harness Strap, (1 each) - nylon strap with snap hook fasteners.
